Improving user efficiency with better product navigation

I had the pleasure of working with Alex as part of the product team at PebblePad. As a UX researcher, Alex combined real thoroughness with genuine passion for understanding users — not just running studies, but caring about getting the insight right.

One thing that stood out: Alex kept meticulous, detailed records of every piece of research conducted — a level of rigour that made findings easy to trust, revisit, and build on over time. That discipline paid off across the eight different teams Alex supported, each with its own priorities and context. Juggling that many stakeholders without losing depth or consistency in the research is genuinely hard, and Alex made it look straightforward.
